Slide Rock is famous for its natural waterslide on Oak Creek, but the hiking here is underrated. The park sits in Oak Creek Canyon with towering red rock walls on either side and the creek running right through it. It's a great spot to combine a hike with some time cooling off in the creek. The old apple orchard adds a unique touch you won't find at other Arizona parks.
